SALES & REFUNDS POLICY

If you purchase from our online store, you can make the purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At checkout, we will obtain authorisation from the credit card you provide (if you use a credit card to pay). Once the credit card authorisation is received, we will proceed with the shipment. If credit card authorisation is not received, your checkout will be cancelled.
Return & Refund Policy
In order to provide full customer satisfaction and ensure you enjoy shopping at Sampson Store, we have a complete sales and refund policy to protect your purchase. If you found the package delivered to you is damaged, we will be happy to give you an exchange. Please send back the damaged product together with a copy of your order confirmation notice to: U496/69 Buckingham Drive, Wangara, WA 6065. Subjected to the product's availability, we may give you another product at the same price or if the product is not available in 4 weeks, you can request for a sales refund. In this case, a full refund will be credited to your credit card account and no processing charge will be imposed.
Please note that Sampson Store does not permit the return of used products or products damaged by mishandling.
*Sampson Store management reserves the right to the revision of refund policy at Sampson Store at any time.
Arrangements for Undeliverable Order
If the order is undeliverable to your address and is returned to the warehouse for different reasons (such as overdue pickup or incorrect address), please contact us to arrange a second delivery. Yet the customer needs to bear the shipping costs for re-shipping or picking up the order at our store. You may also consider creating a new order, we will ship the old order together with the new order.
If we receive the returned order and are unable to contact the customer, the order will be cancelled after 30 days. We will deduct the original shipping cost and an order processing fee of HK$ 12 / CNY 12 / EUR 1.5 / USD 1.5 / AUD 2 then credit the amount into your member account with Sampson Cash for your next purchase. If you are not a member and/or want a direct refund, we can also return the amount through your original payment method. Please note that this will require a longer processing time (about 4-6 weeks).

Defective Items
If you discover what you believe is a product defect during shipping, please contact Sampson Customer Services at cs@au.sampsonstore.com. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product's purchase. In this case, our customer service representative will arrange a product replacement, or any goods that has equivalent price.
Proof of Purchase
Sampson Store will send you a confirmation of your order when your payment is confirmed. You should print out the confirmation as a proof of purchase. Also, if you have included a valid email address with your order, we will also send you a receipt when your order is shipped.

At the time your order is placed, Sampson Store obtains a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Credit card billing occurs when your order ships.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
The estimated shipment date of your order is based on product availability, payment processing time, and warehouse processing time. It does not include delivery time. The payment process will not begin until we receive all the necessary information and the full payment (or the full authorisation in the case of credit card).
The payment process for orders placed during a weekend or holiday will not begin until the next business day.
Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public/bank holidays in WA.

Customs and Tax
When ordering from Sampson Store, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Sampson Store has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to Sampson Store, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges. If the package is kept or confiscated by custom, Sampson Store will not be responsible for any lost, including but not limited to the postage and the item cost.
Prices
Sampson Store endeavors to offer you competitive prices on all our products. Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus any applicable GST, packaging and shipping charges. Sampson Store reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at Sampson Store at any time.
Product Availability
Sampson Store makes every effort to ship your product according to the estimated arrival date provided at checkout. The estimated arrival date does not include weekends and public/bank holidays in WA.
Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. If the lead time changes, Sampson Store will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping estimate.

For popular products, Sampson Store may impose limit on the amount you can purchase. Information of purchase limit will be posted on Sampson Store website and is subject to change.
Sampson Store endeavors to stay at the forefront of technological advancement. For this reason, Sampson Store reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
